At Garden Glow we aim to ensure that all our curated goods are supplied to you in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity and safety of the products that we sell.
If you are unhappy with your unused purchase and wish to return it, please email us immediately on email@example.com. We are happy to offer a refund or an exchange.
You will be given instructions by email about where to return the goods, which must be made without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us.
All items must be returned to us unused, undamaged and with the all packing and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is contrary to the above and that we deem not to be in a saleable condition.
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods or bespoke items.
When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods will be issued within 14 days, this will exclude any postage paid. This means that you may be contacted for details as to how we can make repayment to you. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us.
We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit, so we ask that you please use a tracked delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel.
RETURNS OF FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if your item(s) are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit on their way to you. Under these circumstances we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage. The item(s) must be agreed and returned within 14 days of receipt.
If a manufacturing fault occurs with your product, we will always honour the manufacturer’s guarantee period and will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. Please see individual products for details.
